All planters have a delivery lead time of 4 weeks. During peak season (spring and early summer) this can be extended up to 8 weeks. However, we will contact you if we are able to get them out to you sooner.
As all our planters are bespoke and made to order we unfortunately cannot refund or offer an exchange unless the planter is faulty or is not as described. Please note that each planter has a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 5mm.
Delivery Charges
We offer free curbside delivery to most mainland UK addresses on planter orders. For certain postcode areas, delivery is calculated on a tiered basis depending on order value and distance. Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tiered delivery areas (Zone B)
Selected areas of the South West, South Coast, East of England, North East England and Southern Scotland are subject to tiered delivery pricing based on order value.
Extended delivery areas (£250 zone)
Delivery charges apply to the following postcode areas on all orders: IV, HS, ZE, KW, AB, DD, PH, FK, KY, PA, KA27–KA28, IM and Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41).
Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Scottish islands or any location not covered by standard UK delivery.
All applicable delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery charges reduce or are removed as order value increases.
