Delivery and Returns
All planters have a delivery lead time of 4 weeks. During peak season (spring and early summer) this can be extended up to 6 weeks. However, we will contact you if we are able to get them out to you sooner.
As all our planters are bespoke and made to order we unfortunately cannot refund or offer an exchange unless the planter is faulty or is not as described. Please note that each planter has a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 5mm.
We offer free curbside delivery on planter orders over £120, throughout much of mainland UK. Due to the recent increase in fuel prices we now charge for delivery for small orders to certain areas of England and Scotland. Delivery charges for these areas are calculated at checkout. Planter accessories ordered without planters will incur a delivery charge, this will be calculated at checkout. Deliveries to the following postcodes will incur an extra charge: IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, ZE, HS, PO, BT, AB, DD, PH, FK, KY, G, IM on all orders and ML, EH, TD, DG, NE, CA, DH, SR, DL. TS, YO, NR, IP, CT TR and CO based on the order value. Delivery charges are not limited to these postcodes. Please email us first if you require delivery to one of these postcodes or Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately we can't deliver outside the UK at the moment, but if you have a big order then contact us and we'll see what we can do.
You will be contacted before your order is dispatched to confirm your delivery address and date.
